Founded in Sunnyvale, California in 1992, Xeltek has been designing and manufacturing device programmers for more than 24 years. In 2000, with the launch of SuperPro 2000, the company introduced stand-alone programming to the universal programmer industry. Stand-alone programming is an application that allows the user to compile supported IC devices on a PC-independent platform through the help of an LCD screen that is mounted on a programming unit. In 2005, Xeltek introduced and perfected stand-alone programmer features for flexible volume programming which revolutionized the way medium volume production programming is done. In 2009, Xeltek has begun providing automated programming system solution and currently have 3 models available: SuperBOT 2, 3, and 4. Since then Xeltek has captured over 75% of the Chinese high volume programmer market for all programming methods. SuperBOT is a proven workhorse and often runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at many facilities. 2016, the milestone year: SuperPro software programmer library reached a milestone and device count crossed 100,000 chips. There is no other company that was able to reach supporting this many number of devices on one programmer, yet! This is a FIRST in device programming industry, and Xeltek is so proud to be the pioneer for such a milestone.
